Our 2% listing fee*, makes selling your home straightforward and very cost-effective . We work hard to sell your home at top value, so you receive more cash in your pocket at closing.
When we list your home and also bring the buyer to the transaction as your Listing Broker, you only pay a total of 3.5% commission. That's more cash in your pocket at closing.
If another agent brings the buyer, you have the option of paying the buyers agent 0% to 2.5% commission. Commission to both agents is 2% to 4.5% Total.
If we are representing the seller and the buyer on the transaction, our total commission fee will be 3.5%. New guidelines state Buyer Broker fees are negotiable, however, we strongly encourage sellers to offer 2% to 2.5% commission to the Buyer Broker. Contact us for clarification or questions.
